By accessing unitry.io, sandbox.unitry.io, or the Unitry platform ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for the accounts, data, and configurations under your control.

Our sandbox at sandbox.unitry.io is provided for evaluation. Data in the sandbox may be reset or removed at any time and should not be treated as production storage.

Unitry and its licensors own the Services, including all software, designs, and brand assets. You retain ownership of the content and catalog data you provide.

Paid plans are governed by the order form or subscription agreement signed between you and Unitry. Free evaluations and demos carry no fees.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitry disclaims all implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, Unitry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
